AYSO Carson City Region 140

Registration

Fall Registration is now OPEN
For all kids between 3-18 years old! Birth years 2006-2019.
(6U-19U, Schoolyard and Playground)

How do I register?

You can now register directly from this website. Select the
Login button in the upper right hand of this website. If you've never registered with AYSOCarsonCity.org before, select the Register Now button.  Note that this initial registration information is for the parent's login information.  You will be asked to add a participant (for your child) in a later screen.

AYSO now requires all players to pay their registration fee with a credit card.

New players need to upload a copy of their birth certificate so that we can confirm their eligibility.

You will receive an email confirmation that your player is registered.  If you don't get that email, your player isn't registered.

What should I expect once my player is registered?

For 6U-19U (children born in 2006-2019):

  • You should get a call, email or text from your coach in early August.  Practices will occur in August. They are usually one or two nights per week at the discretion of the coach (if you have a busy schedule, you might want to be the coach so you can dictate when, where and how often you want to practice; see our volunteers page for more details.).
  • Games will be in September and October- usually one on Saturdays and one on Monday through Thursday evening. Once games begin, practices usually end.
  • Post season tournaments for 10U and above occur at the end of October and possibly in November.

For Playground and Schoolyard Children (children born in 2017-2019), see the Carson City AYSO 5U webpage for information.

What does AYSO provide and what do I need to provide?

We will provide:
    Soccer balls
    Uniforms
    Insurance coverage

You must provide for every practice and game:
    Shin guards under socks
Comfortable sneakers, running shoes or soccer cleats
    Water or other hydration

The following are not allowed at practice or games:
Splints or casts (hard or soft) of any kind
Jewelry (we recommend not getting ears pierced in the weeks leading up to soccer season)

AYSO Code of Conduct

All children should be allowed to play soccer in a positive, fun environment.  Therefore, we expect all parents, specators and volunteers to abide by the AYSO Code of Conduct and the Kid Zone Guidelines.
