We are working on the referee schedules... right now, what is useful is for each coach to alert their referees that they WILL have assignments, and that they MUST check in with the referee assignors on Friday night or very first thing Saturday morning.

Yes, we will be short-handed! We always are.

Schedules and Other Material from 2006 NOT 2007
We reserve the right to change these! Schedules were updated 11.2.2006. Two teams in U12B (Mammoth and Carson City) were shown as having only one game on Saturday. This has been corrected, along with some other minor issues. The early morning 11/2 version of "Schedules by division" failed to show the U12G CC Bruisers in Flight A. The mid-morning 11/2 version incorrectly showed U19 Bishop vs. SLT at 9:00 and CC Madrid vs. SLT at 12:00. Those games are now reversed, with CC Madrid playing SLT at 9:00 and Bishop playing SLT at 12:00.

Referees
Referee schedules will be posted (we hope) Thursday evening. NOTICE -- COACHES NEED TO CALL AND VERIFY THEIR REFEREES. As soon as we post the schedule, please contact your referees. We need to know if they cannot make assignments. We also STILL NEED REFEREES. Contact us via the email address above with updates, offers to help, or other such matters.

11.3.06 - REFEREE SCHEDULE Posted 6:30am. We are still very short of referees - even on Saturday games. We truly need your help.
Here is the link:  Referee Assignments (pdf)

We URGENTLY need regions to look at the assignments and to make certain that the referees from your region know they HAVE assignments. This is best done by calling them directly on Friday.

General information
As usual, tournament games will have 20 minute halves; championships (and only championships, not semi-finals) will have 30 minute halves except for U10 finals, which have 25 minute halves. We have alloted 1 hour slots for each game. This should be ample time to stage the game with a 5 (that is FIVE) minute break between halves. Teams should plan to be checked in by Field Monitors at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled match start.
