Volunteering

Volunteers provide the energy that makes our program a success. Come on out and help! It's fun, easy, and you will be doing a great service to your community!

We are always seeking volunteers. You don't have to be a board member, a coach, or a referee to help -- though we would love to have you do these things too. We also are always in need of:

team managers
snack bar managers
assistant referees (on the touchlines)
registration helpers
computer helpers
daily field setup help (setting out flags, staking goals, etc.)
daily field take-down help (bringing in flags, etc.)
start and end of season general help with gear
help with uniforms
field monitors during tournaments

For volunteer positions that require training, AYSO provides free training.

We welcome youth volunteers. For Carson City 8th graders, working with AYSO may satisfy community service requirements. Carson High School seniors have taken on AYSO volunteer positions as senior projects.
