How to Access Online Training at AYSO University

All AYSO Volunteers must pass a background check through Sterling Volunteers and complete the following on-line Safe Haven Courses in AYSOU:

AYSO’s Safe Haven (30 minutes)
CDC HEADS UP Concussion Training (30 minutes)
Sudden Cardiac Arrest Online Course (10 minutes)
AYSO’s Stewards of the Game (10 minutes)

All volunteers, including youth referees, must create their own account in AYSOCarsonCity.org. The system synchs with AYSOU overnight - so you should be able to access AYSOU the day after you create your account in AYSOCarsonCity.org.

Coaches must complete the online training applicable to their division. For coaches for 12U and up, a field session is required.

Referees must complete the online 8U Official Course for referees that wish to officiate 8U games and the Regional Referee Training for referees that wish to officiate games for 10U and up. An in-person referee training session is also required.

To access the applicable online training:

Select the [AYSOU] tab at AYSOCarsonCity.org.

Select the Login button in the upper right. If it doesn’t automatically sign you in, use the same username and password that you use to login at AYSOCarsonCity.org.

Select [Online Courses]

Select [Open] for the applicable set of courses and complete the applicable online training.
