Our mission is to offer Safe, Fair and Fun soccer to AYSO teams from Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. As well as other AYSO Sections, Providing an opportunity for the next step in sporting competition and celebrating the AYSO team experience.

• Coaches must check-in their team online by uploading signed copies of their official roster and player cards no later than 23:59 PST Sunday April 21st in Affinity
• Final Rosters will be submitted to [email protected]
• Teams MUST ALSO check-in players at the field monitor check in tents at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start of their first match!
• Late arriving players must be escorted to the check-in station by a team official and be cleared by the Tournament Staff before participating in any game
• Player photo ID Cards (must be MY23 issued ID card)
• Coach & Assistant Coach photo ID Cards (must be MY23 issued ID Card)

**Final printed and approved Affinity Roster will be accepted**

Registration must be completed in Affinity Sports System

COACH NOTES:

• All Coaches & Assistant Coaches MUST have a current Region or Area issued, Coach Photo ID Card.
• Coach & Assistant Coach ID cards must be worn and remain visible at all times during each match.
  
• Coaches are required to have in their possession, AT ALL TIMES, copies of each players medical release form.
• If uniform color conflicts, home team to change uniform color.
  
• Game cards will be collected and reviewed by Tournament Staff.
  
• Pets (i.e. dogs) are not allowed inside Pete Livermore Sports Complex. 
• If Referee's can't be provided coordinate with [email protected].

REFEREE NOTES:

• Referees must perform a player and field safety check before each match.
• Coach & Assistant Coach ID Cards are REQUIRED. ID Cards must be worn and remain visible at all times.
• If uniform color conflicts, home team to change uniform color.
  
• All game cards will be collected by the onsite Tournament Staff. 
• All matches must be officiated by 'neutral' referees. Parents and siblings SHOULD NOT referee their own child's match.
• Coaches & Assistant Coaches MAY NOT referee matches within their respected division (regardless of flight).
  
• Sign in-out after games at appropriate check-in stations. 
• 10U Referee's should fully understand current BOL 10U Build-Out Line
• Referee Brief will take place 1 hour prior to FIRST game of the day. All of the days Referees are expected to attend.
