Dear Parents and Volunteers-

Opening Ceremonies. First, we wanted to remind everyone to please arrive for opening ceremonies on this Saturday at 8:45 am. Kids should line up with their coaches along the softball fence near the playground. Parents should find a nice spot on the slope next to the north parking lot overlooking field 4. This will allow us to start promptly at 9:00. Each player that attends opening ceremonies will receive a ticket for a hot dog, chips and a drink after opening ceremonies.

Games. Games will begin immediately after opening ceremonies. The schedule can be found by logging in at AYSOCarsonCity.org and viewing the upcoming events on the right side of your account dashboard. You can also download the schedule (as of September 9) in Excel format by going to our schedule webpage (note this excel version may not be updated for game postponements due weather and other unforeseen circumstances). Thank you for your patience as we tried to maneuver around hazardous air and uniform delays.

Picture Day. Due to a number of issues with our uniform distributer, we are postponing picture day to Saturday October 9. We normally get uniforms about a week after we order them and despite ordering them three weeks early, it took four weeks to get them - and some divisions received the wrong sizes. We are hearing of delays with other distributers of up to seven weeks - so we are fortunate we have any uniforms at all! Thank you so much for your patience as we work through these issues!

Referees. All teams 8U and above must have a referee for home games (those teams listed first). 10U and above teams that do not have a referee will not be able to participate in our Carson City Championships the week of October 11.
